These methods should help couples around the world improve their sleep, and the project leader, Dr. Lorenzo Filho presents some simple exercises that can help you stop snoring.
All you need to do is:
1. Press your tongue on the palate and slide it backwards
2. ‘Suck’ your tongue and press it so that it aligns with the palate
3. Press your tongue on your front teeth in the bottom of the mouth
4. Open wide your mouth and say “A”
According to the American Dr. Barbara Phillips, this study shows positive results in a large population of people who suffer from snoring.
