Chop about 100 grams of fresh ginger root, in small cubes or strips and pour them with hot water. When cooled to room temperature, remove the ginger, put it in gauze and place it on the sore spot. Fix it with a bandage and leave it overnight.
The pain should be gone the next day. If not, repeat the process a couple of times.
